Ms. Lowell is a talented, creative and very satisfying artist. Her work for me includes a large and vibrant interpretive painting of a favorite Hiroshige woodcut print. I never tire of looking at this work of art as I continue to see and feel new dimensions in this interpretation. And to me, that is what artwork must do - take one to new understandings and emotions - a wonderful journey of exploration.
